Better hearing begins with truly understanding where you are today. Our comprehensive hearing evaluations go far beyond a simple screening. We take the time to listen to your concerns, review your health history, and perform a full diagnostic assessment.
We measure how well you hear across different frequencies and environments — including speech-in-noise testing that reveals how you perform in real-world listening situations, not just a quiet booth.

Hearing Aids
& Fittings
The device matters — but the care behind it matters more. At Show-Me Hearing Consultants, hearing aids are tools, not the solution by themselves. The real difference in hearing success comes from expert fitting, programming, counseling, and follow-up care.
During your fitting, we fine-tune your hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement — placing a tiny probe microphone in your ear canal to verify that sound is being delivered precisely as prescribed for your unique anatomy. Most clinics skip this critical step entirely.

Tinnitus
Treatment
Tinnitus — ringing, buzzing, hissing or clicking in the ears — can affect sleep, mood, concentration and quality of life. At Show-Me Hearing Consultants, we take tinnitus seriously and offer comprehensive evaluation and management.
Our tinnitus care includes audiological testing, neurophysiological counseling, sound therapy recommendations and hearing technology options when appropriate. You don’t have to just live with it.

Hearing Aid Repair
& Lab Services
Hearing aids are an investment — and when something goes wrong, you shouldn’t feel stuck. Our in-house repair lab allows us to service and troubleshoot most major hearing aid brands and models on site.
Many common issues — muffled sound, feedback, low volume, blocked microphones — can be resolved the same day. We also offer Electroacoustic Analysis for evaluating device function and monitoring performance over time.

Ear Cleaning &
Wax Management
Earwax is normal and healthy — but when it builds up, it can cause muffled hearing, fullness, discomfort, and hearing aid problems. Our professional cerumen management services use the Earigator — a state-of-the-art irrigation system that makes ear cleaning safe, gentle, and effective.
